Return instructions and Return form for consumers

“Consumer” within the meaning of this cancellation policy is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to either their commercial or independent professional activity.

 

Right of return

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Albedi Shop GmbH, Hans-Kraus-Straße 5, 71686 Remseck, email address: info@albedishop.de, phone number: +491622470630) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal deadline expires.

Consequences of Revocation

If you revoke this contract, we will have to refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day deadline.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You shall only be liable for any depreciation of the goods if such depreciation is due to your improper handling of the goods.

Instructions for Returning Goods

• The following terms and conditions mentioned in this section are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
• Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods.
• Please return the goods to us in the original packaging and outer packaging, if possible, with all accessories and all packaging components. If you no longer have the original packaging or the outer packaging, you should use another suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage and to avoid any claims for damages due to inadequate packaging.
